We are living in the Information and Communication Technology age. Therefore, in the information-driven society, educational leaders have been pressured to keep up with trends in information technology application. As a consequence, they may have made decisions without proper planning and understanding the ethical problems that have come up with the application. Moreover, inadequate knowledge of ethical codes and teaching about computer ethics issues become more apparent in today’s technological environment. The study of computer ethics is critical as Information and Communication Technology is being integrated into every aspect of educational environment independent of the different learning styles of students. The students need to be informed about computer ethics and the related social and legal issues; whereby they can react appropriately to ethical dilemmas which may arise during their career as information and communication technology professionals.
