Abstract
In the design of a controlled model, there is often has a complexity mathpmatiral model of a system that has been obtained from fundamental physics and chemistry. The system characteristic will be determined by the mathematical law that is bounded; it is normally desired to get results as close to the real world conditions. The simulations needed when applying optimization algorithms might be very time consuming due to the complexity of the actual model. Regardless of it, it is better to have computational data before fabricating the actual hardware for experimental purpose. In this project, the modeling is built for real life application and the functionality is studied before fabricating actual channels. COMSOL Muhiphysics a computer simulation program is use to generate the model and dynamic formulas are applied to have a detail engineering study in the model.
