Abstract

The aimed of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the Government Asset Management Awareness Road Show Program. .Government Asset Management cover the Government Asset Management Policy (GAMP) that need to be read together with Government Total Asset Management Manual (TAMM). This study is very important and necessary created to assess awareness of the GAMP and Government TAMM of the program that has been done. From this study, the researcher can identify the effectiveness of awareness programs of GAM.. The first objective of this study is to identify the effectiveness of the Government Asset Management (GAM), Awareness Road Show Program which has been held. While the second objective is to identify initiatives that can be done to improve the effectiveness of the Government Asset Management (GAM ) Awareness Road Show Program. It is very important to understand this program. The failure to provide an understanding of the program from participants is a loss to all of us because GAMP and TAMM is a policy that should be followed to successful the concept of The Government Total Asset Management. The study is focused on participants from government staff that attended the awareness program from various levels from professional and support groups and service period. The study found that the road show programme has been successful raises awareness of the Government Asset Management Policy (GAMP) and Government Total Asset Management Manual (TAMM) and succeeded in identifying initiatives that can be done to enhance the effectiveness of the road shows programme.
