Abstract
This paper have discussed on implementation of sequential algorithm for the simulation to detect the early stage of breast cancer cell or tumor. The three dimensional Elliptic-Helmholtz’s wave equation was used on the computing system. The equation can be used as the mathematical models in biology especially for the electromagnetic wave aspects. The numerical finite difference method is chosen as a platform for discretizating the wave equation. The visualization and monitoring the cell growth process is based on MATLAB distributed platform. The numerical evaluations are analyzed in terms of number of iterations, time execution and computational complexity.
