This paper will discuss the current isssues related to the safety and health in the construction sites, human resource, workers expertise and training programme in safety and health in the construction industry. It cannot be denied that some effects from the previous years economic rapid dvelopment are risks facing from the workforce especially in the construction industry which is more complex such as lower quality issues, lower on productivity, shortage of skills workers, and high on accidents rate. Safety training have their own importance to firms and society which would safe life, prevent an accident, harm and injures. It shows the importance of providing an acceptable standard of safety training to ensure that the employer has fulfilled the responsibilities implementing to provide the training to all level of construction workers including management staff.
