Kajian faktor ketidakpatuhan peraturan – peraturan elektrik 1994 dalam pengurusan bangunan kerajaan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify factor why the disobedient happen towards the enforced Electrical Regulations 1994 in public sector’s building management. Obeying act and regulation is the key factor in the maintenance management. Government buildings have to be managed and maintained efficiently and effectively. It is very important to reduce service interruption and disruption. Based on Electrical Engineering Branch reports stating that all government building management do not fulfill the enforced regulation totally. Thus, this research first objective is to identify factor the enforced Electrical Regulations 1994 disobedient happens in government building management. While the second objective stressed on the identify improvement in order to enforce electrical Regulation 1994 at government building management. From the literature research, the writer identifies that the government buildings maintenance management disobedient towards the regulation, training needs, work satisfaction and implementing audit. This questionnaire research focuses on the respondent responsible managing his building. As a research, the involved location of this research is the government building in Kuala Lumpur. From research analysis, the author be able to achieve the first objective with seven finding and also with second objective with seven finding. With this finding, te obedient towards the enforced regulation will be more effective.
