According to Malaysian construction industry master plan 2006-2015, Malaysia wants to become a world-class, innovative and knowledgeable global solution provider. E-business as an electronic tool that covers all aspects of relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, installers, designers, and other partners can play a significant role to achieve this goal.
