This research describes efforts to develop and validate a multidimensional measure of the psychographic variables based on critical review of both the conceptualization and practice of this construct. Supporting reliability and validity evidence for the instrument was obtained from several sources using structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques. The results also show that all measurement models achieved a satisfactory level of fit to the data. Furthermore, the hypothesized relationships were estimated using structural equation modeling and the overall goodness of fit statistics shows that the structural model fit the data well. In addition, the results supported a partially significant correlation between the three psychographic dimensions which are, achievement motivation, time management self efficacy and leisure attitude as well as self efficacy was not correlated with other dimensions such as time management and leisure attitude.
