Abstract

This study intends to investigate whether there are differences in website interface characteristics among multiracial website users using Marcus's user interface components approach where four components of design; metaphors, mental models, navigation and appearance are matched with Hofstede's cultural dimensions. The results are presented and discussed in this paper.
