Abstract

State Johor implementation process Surrender and Re-alienation (SBKS) for land development for housing, commercial and mix development. The method of SBKS is subdivision process together with the partition, amalgamation and conversion, and it became problems of mega housing project, which involved thousand acres of land and the layout plan approved by local authority but the development just involved a part of the all land. Registration block title is suggested as a solution for mega housing project that the development area will be register as individual title and the part for future development will be register as block title. Application registered block title is for simplify the cash flow of developer and reduced burden of quit rent. Circular PTG Johor 6/2005 gazettes on 1st June 2005 were affected the application for registration block title because the requirements for approval are very strict. In this thesis, process application of registration block title after approval SBKS will be discuss. Emphasis on the effect of application to registration block title after Circular PTG Johor 6/2005 gazettes will be given in this thesis.
