Abstract
The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the use of PSpice for simulation of power electronics converters with sliding mode control. The modeling methodology of the converter systems is given in detail. Some guidelines on the use of PSpice to produce the results with sufficient accuracy are also given. Two power converters, a buck converter and a single phase inverter, which have different sliding mode control laws, are given as examples. The proposed models could be useful to the designers and researchers to simulate power electronic system with sliding mode control using PSpice.
