Malaysia is a land and structure deformation active country due to long term rainy season which is common phenomena in monsoon tropical region. To secure this hazard under control, Land Stability Monitoring System (LandSMS), a web-based deformation monitoring system being introduce for public by providing 24/7 monitoring services through World Wide Web (WWW). Though LandSMS, local citizen able to mastery the land status on certain deformation high risk area such as bridge, building, tunnels and many other engineering structures. Public awareness due to deformation activities was important whereby they alert to high risk area and minimize the possibility that might endanger their life. A retaining wall located at P23, Faculty of Electrical Engineering chosen as the study area. A Global Positioning System (GPS) network consists of 10 monitoring object stations distribute at the retaining wall and the nearby area monitored by a rover receiver using rapid static technique. Besides, two control stations located on Bench Mark (BM) at Balai Cerapan and Helipad with static observation. 3 epoch sections data (1 month interval between epoch sections) applied by repeating the observation on the same stations to analysis the deformation trend of the area (XY axis, YZ axis and XZ axis). Analyzed data with the trend analysis graph arranged in a page and published in LandSMS as a case study. Published data can easily download for free by public for reference uses. From time to time, the web page application can enhance to become an alarming system via messaging notification, increase more study area and many other uses.
