The purpose of this study is to identify factors that encourage creativity among students and the main factor that encourage creativity, to know the relationship between environment and creativity and also the level of students creativity. The sample consist 71 forth year students of SPH from Faculty of Education, UTM. The data was collected by using the set of questionnaire and the Personality Creative Test question. The value of Alpha Cronbach is 0.876. The data was analyzed by using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 15.0 to measure correlation, mean, frequency and percentages. The data showed all the factors that had been investigated, such as knowledge, thinking style, personality, motivation, and environment encourage creativity. The main factor that encourage creativity is knowledge with the mean value 4.32. The research also showed that there is a significant difference in relationship between environment and creativity with the value 0.000. The results showed that 2 students at a level very creative, 46 at a level creative and 23 students at a level moderate creative. There are several suggestions to those concern to take appropriate in order to increase the level of creativity among university students.
