This paper presents a new application of fuzzy logic to the inverse modelling of the extraction process in the RDC Column. The model considered here only involved the process of mass transfer of a single drop while assuming that the radius of drop is known. The model is based on the algorithm which is the modification of algorithm proposed by Ismail et.al.. This study also proved that all the normal and convex fuzzy sets are mapped by RDC's functions into the normal and convex induced fuzzy sets. A theorem used to determine the best optimal values of input parameter in the final step of the algorithm is also presented and proved.
