Abstract
This paper was an overview about the robotic simulation e-learning to support student's learning within a simulation environment. The project will focus the development of robotic simulation in the laboratory where the philosophy of problem based learning (PBL) was challenged through lecturers using traditional teaching method. The project includes development of the system to support students learning. The students also can experience robot hands on virtually using web-based robotic simulation that provides integrated and interactive tools to learn control and operate robot virtually. There was seven purposed phase in the methodology and the explanation for every phase on the project development. The development of the simulation will use Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) and will publish through the web based so the student and lecturer can access the learning portal anytime and anywhere.
