Abstract

Abstrak: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti kepuasan pelajar Fakulti Pendidikan terhadap kualiti perkhidmatan di Pusat Kesihatan UTM, Skudai, Johor. Seramai 350 orang responden yang terdiri daripada pelajar Fakulti Pendidikan UTM telah dipilih secara pensampelan bertujuan. Soal selidik digunakan sebagai instrumen kajian telah diedarkan kepada responden dengan kadar pulangan adalah 319 set. Instrumen soal selidik ini digunakan untuk membuat kajian rintis bagi menguji kebolehpercayaan menggunakan Alpha Cronbach dengan nilai bagi keseluruhan item adalah 0.774 yang menunjukkan kebolehpercayaan yang boleh diterima. Kajian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan perisian Statistical Packages For the Social Science (SPSS) For Windows Version 14.0 berbentuk statistik deskriptif iaitu peratusan, kekerapan dan min serta statistik inferensi iaitu Ujian-T, ANOVA dan korelasi Pearson. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa kepuasan pelajar Fakulti Pendidikan UTM terhadap kualiti perkhidmatan di Pusat Kesihatan UTM berada pada tahap yang tinggi secara keseluruhannya. Justeru itu, berdasarkan dapatan kajian yang diperolehi serta cadangan yang diberikan, diharapkan dapat membantu Pusat Kesihatan UTM untuk meningkatkan kualiti perkhidmatan demi memastikan pelanggan sentiasa berpuas hati. Katakunci: Kepuasan pelajar, Fakulti Pendidikan, kualiti perkhidmatan, Pusat Kesihatan UTM Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify students' of Faculty of Education satisfaction in the quality of services at UTM Health Centre, Skudai, Johor. A total of 350 respondents from the students of Faculty of Education, UTM were selected by using purposive sampling method. The questionnaire used in this study were distributed to the respondents with the rate of returned are 319 sets. This questionnaire was used to create a pilot study to test the reliability by using the Cronbach Alpha with value of overall items is 0.774 which showed an acceptable reliability. This study was analyzed using Statistical Software Packages for the Social Science (SPSS) for Windows Version 14.0. The descriptive statistic such as percentage, frequency, means while inference statistic using the T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation were used in this research. By overall, the findings indicate that Faculty of Education students' satisfaction against the quality of services at UTM Health Centre is at the high level. Thus, based on the findings obtained and the recommendations given, is expected that this research can help UTM Health Center to improve their quality of services to ensure that customers are always satisfied.
