Tree Maintenance system for oil Palm Plantation “GEO-PLANTATION” is product proposal that will be developing for Plantation Sector for doing maintenance plantation trees. The potential market is for the plantations company and others for government and private sector. The system try to helping them be an efficiently, cost effective and time saving. The most important thing is to help the companies of plantation or individually to increase their productivity and the volume of production. The current problems to them are lack of tree maintenance system. As we know that, ‘the good management is good productivity’. So, these systems to solving their problems are not readily available in the market. The prototype will be developing for the pilot testing chooses at Renggam Estate, which is owned by Plantation Company was publishing in Malaysia and over sea. So that, the database design will be available in practices and follow the current needs and demands. As an entrepreneur, this system will be help them to market to companies was doing the plantation especially oil palm plantation. The new concepts approach to doing the maintenance process makes it easily and time saving to the side technical and office administrative. Actually this system tries to solving the current problems at oil palm plantation sector. The problems are related with the quality of the productions, the skill & knowledge of labour are very poor and much documentation must ready for everyday. So that, the final of this study is to provide a system to help this kind of problem which is the system will covered the technical schedule for doing tree maintenance, the daily reporting of the maintenance and mapping of the estate area will be visualize with the database.
