Abstract
This research is intended to study the relationship between human capital in terms of skills, knowledge and experience with the development of FinTech Industry. A total of 103 respondents, answered this questionnaire. SPPS version 29 was used to transform the data from the survey. The findings were analyzed using descriptive analysis, reliability analysis as well as multiple regression analysis. The findings demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between skills, knowledge and experience of human capital (Independent Variable) with the development of FinTech Industry (Dependent Variable).
