The results of the study have shown that the level of motivation of teachers and peers in primary schools is moderate while the level of motivation and involvement of students in primary schools is high. The results of the study also showed that there was a moderately positive significant relationship between teacher and peer motivation on the motivation and involvement of students in primary schools. This study provides an implication to various parties, especially to primary school students, parents, teachers, school administrators as well as government and non-governmental organizations in order to increase the motivation and involvement of students in primary schools.
