Implikasi terhadap peserta yang telah menghadiri program-program pelaburan harta tanah

Abstract

Nowdays, real estate investment in Malaysia has gone through an era where it has increased dramatically and continues to grow from year to year. These changes have indirectly encouraged the marketing of various real estate investment programs that aim to offer real estate investment knowledge to the community. This shows where people choose real estate investment is seen as an important instrument in their economic improvement. Therefore,this study was made to examince real estate investment programs, identify existing companies offering real estate investment programs. In addition, the second objective of the study is to examine the implications of the program on participants who have attended real estate investment programs. Data for this study was collected using a questionnaire method and the questionnaire was distributed to respondents through social media platforms. This study uses quantitative analysis. As a result of the analysis that has been conducted, companies that offer online investment programs can be identified. In addation, the results of the analysis conducted also show positive implications to participants who have participated in real estate investment programs before by looking at the results of feedback by these respondents on the questionnaires that have been distributed.
